When we refund

If a pack does not reach your device, or does not work as described, you keep every right the law gives you, whatever the checkout said about withdrawal.

To ask, write to [To fill: the contact e-mail address] from the address of your account, and name the order. Your orders are listed on your account page.

What a refund does

We refund a whole order: the full amount goes back to the way you paid. Its tickets still unused are removed, and every pack its other tickets were used on leaves your devices.

For a gift, the code stops working. If it was already used, the same is taken back from the account that used it.

This happens when Stripe confirms the refund to us. When the money reaches you depends on your bank.

Bought in the app

Tickets bought in the app through Apple or Google Play are refunded by that store, not by us: ask Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com, or ask Google Play. When the store refunds them, the same is taken back as above.

Disputed payments

If you dispute a payment with your bank, the same is taken back as for a refund.
